The AI calling setup (inbound and outbound configuration) is included in the monthly subscription; actual AI voice minutes, telephone usage, SIP charges and DID numbers are billed separately.
Additional users, integrations, custom workflows and enterprise requirements are quoted separately.
Business plan call transfer: when a customer is interested, needs human assistance or meets your transfer criteria, the AI agent transfers the call to your designated human agent or destination. This is a call-transfer capability — Shivaksa does not supply human agents or call-center staffing under any AI plan.
