Plan Fees and Usage Charges
Monthly plan prices are licence/service fees for platform access and configured services. Usage-based charges — including AI voice minutes, telephone minutes, SIP trunk usage, DID numbers, SMS and carrier charges — are billed separately and are not included in monthly plan prices unless expressly stated in writing.
No Unlimited Usage
No plan includes unlimited calling, voicemail deliveries, AI minutes or carrier usage. Stated plan limits are caps, not guaranteed delivery counts.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued for plan fees and metered usage at the agreed interval. Additional users, integrations and custom requirements are quoted separately.
Service Term and Renewal
Service periods, renewal and expiry are defined per agreement. Expired or unpaid accounts may be suspended or deactivated after notice.
These terms are a summary for general information. Binding commercial terms are defined in the applicable service agreement.
